Terms of Service & Legal Disclaimer
Last Updated: August 31, 2026
Welcome to Meal ID, an official brand owned and operated under IDSSAR Management and Tech Services Limited ("IDSSAR," "We," "Us," or "Our"). These Terms of Service and Legal Disclaimer ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of our website and online ordering portal (collectively, the "Platform"), as well as the workplace food delivery services, pre-order programs, and corporate catering services provided by Meal ID ("Services").
By accessing our Platform or placing an order, you ("Customer," "User," "You," or "Your") agree to be bound by the full terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a corporate entity, company, or team, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
If you do not agree to all terms contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and Services.
1. Operational Model & Pre-Order System
Pre-Order Model
Meal ID operates primarily on a scheduled pre-order system. All meals are chef-prepared and cooked to order based on orders placed at least 24 hours ahead, before the daily 6:00 PM cut-off on the day prior to service (Monday to Saturday). Orders submitted after the applicable cut-off time will be processed for the next eligible service window.
Order Cut-Off Times
Specific cut-off times for breakfast and lunch orders, as well as recurring weekly team orders, are clearly specified on the Platform. Orders submitted after the applicable cut-off time will be processed for the next eligible service window.
Order Modifications & Cancellations (1-Hour Window)
- Individual & Corporate Pre-Orders: Customers may modify or cancel an order within a one (1) hour window immediately following order placement at no additional charge.
- Restocking Fee: Any cancellation or modification requested after the 1-hour window has elapsed will incur a mandatory 15% restocking and administrative fee.
- Preparation Phase: Once an order enters active kitchen preparation or cooking, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be permitted regardless of the time elapsed.
2. Payment Confirmation, Fees & Pricing
Payment Requirement
All individual and group orders require upfront payment confirmation to move an order status from "Received" to "Confirmed." Meal ID is under no obligation to prepare or deliver meals for orders that remain unconfirmed or unpaid past the designated cut-off time.
Large Group & Catering Deposits (51+ Guests)
For any corporate or catering food order providing meals for fifty-one (51) people or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is strictly required to confirm the booking and schedule kitchen production. The remaining 50% balance is strictly due upon delivery of the food.
Fee Structure
The total amount displayed at checkout includes the base menu price along with applicable mandatory fees, which are non-refundable once preparation begins:
- Payment Processing Fee: A standard transaction processing fee applied to cover secure third-party gateway payment handling.
- Delivery Fee: A calculated charge covering consolidated drop-off logistics to your specified office or workplace location.
- Service Fees: Operational and administrative fees associated with platform maintenance, order management, and packaging.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments must be processed through our authorized payment gateways available on the Platform.
Corporate Billing & Invoices
Approved corporate accounts participating in recurring weekly team meal plans or customized invoicing are subject to post-delivery settlement terms. All corporate invoices are strictly due within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the food delivery. Failure to settle the invoice within this 48-hour window will result in an automatic 10% late payment fee charge applied to the total invoice balance, and may result in the immediate suspension of recurring deliveries.
Pricing Changes
All base prices and associated fees listed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. Meal ID reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
3. Delivery Policy & Receipt of Meals
Consolidated Workplace Delivery
To ensure efficiency and affordability, Meal ID utilizes consolidated delivery schedules for offices and departments.
Delivery Times & Drop-off
Delivery estimates provided on the Platform or during checkout are approximations. While Meal ID makes every effort to deliver within your designated meal window, we are not liable for reasonable delivery delays caused by traffic, severe weather, security checkpoints, or force majeure events.
Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery
- Customers or designated office representatives are responsible for receiving meals at the agreed-upon drop-off point (e.g., office reception, main lobby, or designated breakroom).
- If a customer or office representative is unreachable or fails to receive the delivery within 15 minutes of arrival, the delivery driver may leave the meals at a secure location at the drop-off point or proceed with the delivery route. Unclaimed meals will not be eligible for refunds or redelivery.
4. Allergens, Dietary Disclaimer, & Food Safety
Important Health & Safety Disclaimer
Common Allergen Exposure
Meal ID handles, prepares, and packages meals in commercial kitchens that process common food allergens, including but not limited to nuts, peanuts, gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame.
Cross-Contamination Risk
While Meal ID and its culinary partners follow food safety protocols and offer customized dietary options (e.g., vegetarian, dairy-free), we cannot guarantee that any meal is 100% free from cross-contamination or allergen traces.
User Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to review ingredients, indicate allergen warnings during ordering, and inform team members regarding potential food allergens. If you or anyone consuming our meals has a severe or life-threatening food allergy, you should refrain from consuming Meal ID products.
Proper Storage & Consumption
Meals are delivered fresh and at proper serving temperatures. Upon delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper handling, storage, refrigeration, and prompt consumption. Meal ID disclaims all liability for food contamination, spoilage, or illness resulting from improper handling, storage, or delayed consumption after delivery.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meal ID, IDSSAR Management and Tech Services Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

9. Termination
Meal ID reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the Platform or refuse service to any individual or corporate account at any time, with or without cause, including for unpaid balances, repeated delivery disruptions, unauthorized resale, or breach of these Terms.
